include bookkeeping, collection activity, reporting and accounting. Depending upon your
specific needs, we also provide full maintenance services. The Hodges Companies have
worked with local lending institutions in Concord and the surrounding areas, as well as
the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority and the New Hampshire division of Rural
Development for many years. Through our Fee Management properties, we have also
developed relationships with the New Hampshire Community Loan Fund, the Massachusetts
division of Rural Development and the Northern New England Investment Fund.
